The Story

A popular product was seeking to be acquired and needed brand guidelines to clearly communicate its core values and solidify its position as a brand.

We helped Tiny Saints articulate its Why: “We make the saints tiny so that every human heart can feel the simple joy of never walking alone.” We determined a driving brand concept that would preserve the meaning of the product long after the acquisition: Heaven is with you wherever you go.

All brand motifs, with their curving shapes and sky imagery, draw the imagination towards a joyful, abstract, and dynamic infinity. They inspire wonder and evoke a sense of eternal perfection.

Results

In 2022, Tiny Saints was acquired by Catholic Ventures. Our work documenting the brand played a key role in facilitating the acquisition.

I’ve worked with many, many marketing agencies. I was reticent to try another one, but the team at Sherwood Fellows convinced me they would be different, and they were. They were able to get to the core of why this business mattered to me, and by getting it clear, our whole business turned around. Everything got easier, from designing and releasing new Saints to writing marketing copy. The most important outcome was that I was able to let go.
